All of FGA's adjusters are beyond the Senior Adjuster level. Our claims services are as follows:

• Determination of building, property, content/stock, and time element loss
• Ensure that there will be a high-quality adjuster with business-related technical expertise involved in all losses.

• Contingency planning for catastrophe (CAT) situations

At FGA, we are committed to contacting the Insured within 24hrs of the initial assignment, 72hr initial site inspection with a follow up email summary to the client, 10 day initial 1st report, and 30 day updated reports until file closure.
